Elite Men Outlet – Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains when and how returns, exchanges, and refunds work. It complies with international consumer law while protecting our store from misuse.
Quick Summary
Change-of-mind / wrong size: accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.
Return postage: If the product is not defective/damaged/incorrect, you pay all return shipping costs.
Exchanges: Customer pays for return + reshipping of new items (unless defective).
Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: we cover return shipping and provide repair, replacement, or refund.
Non-returnable (unless defective): personalized items, hygiene-sensitive products, gift cards.
RMA required: email hello@elitemenoutlet.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Region-Specific Rights
EU/UK: Statutory 14-day withdrawal right (we extend to 30 days). Refund includes product price + standard outbound shipping (if charged). Customer pays return postage unless defective.
US/Canada: We voluntarily offer 30 days. Outbound shipping is not refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect. FTC’s “30-Day Rule” applies to delivery timelines.
Australia & New Zealand: Consumer guarantees apply for faulty items (repair, replacement, refund + reasonable return postage). Change-of-mind returns accepted within 30 days, postage paid by customer.
Wrong Size / Exchanges
Request within 30 days. Item must be in new condition.
Customer pays return + reshipping costs (unless defective).
If size/color unavailable, refund or store credit will be offered.
Condition & Inspection
All returns are inspected. Refunds may be denied or reduced if items show wear, washing, odors, missing tags, or missing accessories.
In the EU, any reduction is based on diminished value (not a penalty).
How to Return
Email hello@elitemenoutlet.com with order number, reason, and photos if defective/damaged.
Receive RMA and return instructions.
Ship with tracking; keep your receipt. We are not responsible for returns lost without proof of postage.
Refund issued once item is received/verified (or upon proof of shipment in the EU).
Refund Timing
Processed promptly; banks may take 3–10 business days.
EU refunds within 14 days of withdrawal notice (may be delayed until goods received or proof provided).
Return-to-Sender & Refused Deliveries
If parcel is returned due to wrong/insufficient address, refusal, or uncollected pickup:
We can reship (you pay new postage), or
Refund the product price minus outbound shipping (EU withdrawal rules still apply if properly invoked).
Fraud & Abuse
We investigate misuse (wardrobing, false claims, empty-box returns). Fraudulent cases and unjustified chargebacks will be disputed with full evidence.

Filing a chargeback without prior contact may be considered misuse.
If a chargeback is opened after we offered a valid solution, we will dispute it with:
Order invoice & payment authorization (AVS, CVV, 3D Secure/SCA)
Tracking & delivery proof (including signature if required)
Screenshot of our Refund Policy (as published at purchase)

Fraud or abuse (wardrobing, false claims, empty-box returns) may be reported to banks, Shopify, and authorities.
