Refund Policy – Elite Men Outlet

At Elite Men Outlet, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll work to resolve it quickly and fairly. This Refund Policy applies alongside your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country.


1. Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of receipt if you change your mind. To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused and in perfect condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

⚠️ Please note: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Last Units” promotions are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival. Your legal rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Final Sale or Last Units promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items (unless faulty)


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


4. Replacements

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@elitemenoutlet.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will:

  • Cover return shipping, and

  • Send a replacement (if available).

If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose between:

  • A full refund, or

  • Store credit for the same value.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  • Our error (wrong or defective item): Elite Men Outlet will cover return shipping.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your payment method or account.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider — delays may occur.
